Art North ~ President
Art graduated from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington with majors in Business Administration and Accounting. Shortly after graduating, Art married Amy Pamplin, his college sweetheart. After working for several years at a national public accounting firm, Art joined the family business at R.B. Pamplin Corporation, getting the opportunity to work in a variety of roles at subsidiary companies, such as Ross Island Sand & Gravel, Mount Vernon Mills, Christian Supply and Anne Amie Vineyards.
Art’s love of cooking and food stems from being raised in a household where incredible meals were the norm. Now he enjoys the opportunity to cook a family meal, with the requisite glass of wine for inspiration. Some of his favorite activities are coaching his two boys on a variety of sports teams, family road trips and experiencing the fantastic local restaurants and farmers markets.
